    Rental plan

    Contract period, service coverage, monthly amount, promotional duration and any early-termination calculation must be reviewed in Coway’s order summary before sign-up. Promotional benefits depend on the current offer and availability and must be confirmed before application.

    Roles and fulfilment

    Tan Peng Yan provides consultation and order submission. Coway (M) Sdn Bhd confirms approval and handles delivery, installation, servicing and warranty matters under the selected agreement.

    Cancellation

    Cancellation and any refund are governed by the Coway order summary and rental agreement. Contact Tan promptly if you wish to change or cancel an application.
